New York is out with a new promotional video featuring the voiceover talents of Robert De Niro.

It may not quite roll off the tongue, but here is the latest slogan from the state's $50 million marketing campaign : "The New New York Works For Business." 

A promotional video features a voiceover from Robert De Niro, and the song "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys.

Figures show the housing market in the Capital Region is continuing to recover (Eric Anderson, Times Union).

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule soon on the constitutionality of healthcare reform. The Associated Press looks at how the ruling might impact small businesses.

A digital media incubator in western New York will get a $4 million boost from the state (David Robinson, Buffalo News).

Government
