Iran Agrees to Halt Uranium Enrichment

In an accord with Europeans, Iran agrees to stop enriching uranium. Matthew Bunn, an arms control expert at Harvard, says the threat of sanctions along with a security and economic package are good incentives to help convince Iran to stop pursuing its nuclear weapons program.
