During his first term in office, Governor Andrew Cuomo spent quite a bit of time on upstate development. He also recently promised to make a decision on hydrofracking before year’s end. To get an idea of the impact on our region of a second Cuomo term, WSKG talked with Jim Twombly, a political science professor at Elmira College.
