There's a trademark fight: Brian Mastrosimone vs. KFC.  The Pittsford resident owns several businesses in the Finger Lakes and he wants to use the umbrella term “Finger Lakin’ Good.”

KFC is challenging that, and Mastrosimone now has a legal fight on his hands.

We also talk about the recent death of an architect of the Internet , Robert Taylor, who also used to work at Xerox’s Palo Alto Research Facility in California.
